Employees can receive a monthly notification to let them know what their annual leave balances or to remind them to take leave.
To enable leave balance notifications select “Administration -> E-mail Notifications” from the menu at the top of the screen.
There are two types of notifications:
Monthly annual leave balance notification
This will send each employee a monthly e-mail or SMS notification to let them know how much annual leave they have available.
Excessive Leave Reminders
This will send a reminder to employees to take leave if their leave balance exceeds a certain amount.
This feature is only available in LeavePro Plus.
