How does the monthly billing work?
You will be billed at the start of each month based on the number of active employees loaded in the system on that date.
What if employees leave or new employees start?
When an employee leaves you will no longer be charged for that employee. When you employ someone new you just add them to the system and they will be included in your next billing.
Is there a notice period for cancelling?
There is no notice period for cancelling. You can cancel at any time and you won't receive any more monthly bills.
What payment options are available?
Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Your card will automatically be billed each month. You can also choose to pay by EFT if you'd prefer.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There are no contracts. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time.
Can I try it before deciding to subscribe?
Yes, it's free for the first 14 days. You don't need to provide your card details when you sign up, only if you decide to subscribe.
