Employees without e-mail can receive SMS notifications.
The following SMS Notifications will be sent to an employee:
- When their leave is approved or cancelled
- Monthly leave balance notifications (if enabled)
- Reminder to take excess leave (if enabled)
To receive an SMS notification the employee must have a cellphone number listed in the system.
To enter a cellphone number for an employee you can go to the Employees screen and click on their name, then click edit employee. Enter their cell number and click “Save Employee”
